1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PostAutomator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostAutomator is an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation and publishing platform. The Service provides:

  • AI-generated LinkedIn post drafts based on your persona and topics
  • Content editing, scheduling, and direct LinkedIn publishing
  • AI image generation for posts
  • Analytics and content management tools

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by the AI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You must verify facts, statistics, and claims before publishing
  • You retain ownership of content you create, edit, and publish through the Service
  • PostAutomator does not claim ownership of your published content

5. LinkedIn Integration

  • You connect your own LinkedIn developer application credentials
  • PostAutomator stores your LinkedIn OAuth tokens in encrypted form
  • Publishing to LinkedIn is done on your behalf using your authorized credentials
  • You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • PostAutomator is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Free tier users have limited features as described on the pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are activated upon payment verification
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
  • Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service's APIs
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time through the admin panel or by contacting support
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. PostAutomator is not liable for:

  • Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
  • LinkedIn API downtime or changes
  • Loss of data due to service outages
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
